The Walter Lewis Blues Trio was launched in 2009 when bass guitarist David Anastasia and drummer Scott Logan joined Walter to create a dynamic trio!

“The Walter Lewis Blues Trio did a set of traditional blues that seemed to go by in a flash. Probably the most “down home blues” of any band in the entire competition. Songs from the deep south and Muddy Waters era in Chicago. Walter has this music “down” and is given strong support by David Anastasia (bass) and Scott Logan (drums)” -Ed Stark, president of the CT Blues Society
