Polly Jo Labbé, Owner of Trinity Healing Sanctuary and Director of Trinity School of Mystical Energy Healing will facilitate our class about chakras!

We will learn about chakra energy and how it affects your health and well-being. You will be guided through a meditation to feel your chakra system then will learn ways to keep it in balance.

She will show you specific crystals and essential oils that can also maintain your energy health, which will all be available for purchase the day of the class.
